21-01-2015
Further to our bulletin yesterday, the Egyptian New & Renewable Energy Authority (NREA) has today confirmed that land can be awarded to consortia with common participants.
The exception is if the lead partner is the same in more than one consortia and those consortia are each awarded land. In this instance, the position is as stated in our bulletin yesterday. The lead bidder will have to decide which consortia it wishes to continue with.
