Eversheds advises US engineering company on strategic acquisition

    Global law firm Eversheds has advised US engineering company Martin Engineering on the strategic acquisition of part of Hi-Tech International S.r.l.’s business operating in the energy services sector.

    Martin Engineering is a world leader in making bulk material handling cleaner, safer and more productive.

    The Eversheds M&A Diversified Industrial team was led by Milan based partner Riccardo Bianchini.

    Riccardo Bianchini commented:

    “This was a strategic acquisition for the Martin Engineering group. Finalising the commercial aspects to this deal were a long time in the making. We are delighted to have been able to play a continuous key role for Martin Engineering throughout and accompany Martin Engineering’s in-house team through to completion of this transaction."
