He represented one of the largest Polish companies in an IT dispute before an arbitral tribunal in New York.

On numerous occasions he has advised leading Polish and foreign companies on complex real estate projects, such as construction of factories, shopping malls, logistics centres, office buildings and residential developments.

Krzysztof Wierzbowski is an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at Polish Confederation Lewiatan (the most influential organisation representing the interests of Polish employers at home and in the EU) and a member of the European Advisory Board of the Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution.
