ABC Waste Management Seminar

The course will provide participants with general legal information from the field of waste management. We will focus on the most important legislation, registration and reporting duties of the collecting companies and waste processors, respectively holders of waste as well as legislation for waste processing facilities. Among other things, the course is focused on law aspects of cross-border transport of waste as well as on matters of responsibility and duty to pay contributions according to the ALSAG (Act on the rehabilitation of old burdens).

Target group:

The course is focused on all interested, e.g. employees of companies and representatives of offices dealing with waste management, who want to acquire basic knowledge in the field of waste management.
