Eversheds Sutherland joins GLEN (Gay Lesbian Equality Network's) Worplace Diversity Champions

Diversity Champions is a workplace programme designed to assist Irish employers benefit from the inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees. Our membership was officially launched on 25 May when we were joined by Olympian and LGBT rights activist Greg Louganis, and by Davin Roche (Director of Workplace Diversity with GLEN). Greg spoke to us openly and frankly about the challenges of being gay in the world of Olympic diving, and gave us some very practical advice as to how Eversheds Sutherland as an employer, can support its LGBT employees. Davin gave us a little of the background to the work that GLEN does, and explained the supports that they can give to us as Workplace Diversity Champions.
