The Companies Act 2014

The Companies Act 2014 was signed into law by the President on 23 December 2014, and is expected to come into effect on 1 June 2015. The Act consolidates the majority of the existing Companies Act 1963 – 2013, and many of the statutory instruments, into a single statute and heralds one of the most significant changes in company law in Ireland.  The below links will direct you to our blog and videos which provide an overview of the Act, and which will be regularly updated with new content in the run up to, and following, the commencement of the Act.
