Synopsis
Our course is designed for employers in the UAE. Both days' session covers the general position with regards to right to work in the UAE and the cultural nuances which apply in the UAE but then go on to separately consider the key employment rights and entitlements of employees in the UAE by reference to which law governs their employment relationship (i.e. UAE Labor Law or DIFC Employment Law).
