Fahad AlDehais is the Managing Partner of the Saudi Arabia practice at Mohammed AlDhabaan and Partners in association with Eversheds Sutherland, he joined the team in August 2015. Fahad is a senior Saudi lawyer licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Justice to provide legal advisory, practice law, train lawyers and as an arbitrator and a notary in Saudi Arabia. He is highly experienced in capital market transactions (listing, rights offerings and funds), mergers and acquisitions, corporate, and commercial transactions. Fahad also advises on sophisticated foreign investments. He is also a practicing litigator and has appeared and continues to appear before and attend arbitrations, specialised legal committees (SAMA, CMA and Customs), the Board of Grievances, the Commercial Courts, the Sharia Courts, and the Enforcement Courts with cases worth in excess of SAR 26 billion so far.

Fahad currently focuses mainly on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions, and on regulatory and public policy advisory. He is acting on private equity transaction, M&A and IPOs, and to several IPO readiness and filings. Fahad has also advised and continues to advise several investment banks, private equity firms and family offices along with several ministries, authorities and government institutions on the National Transformation Plan 2020 and implementation of the Saudi Vision 2030.

Prior to joining Mohammed AlDhabaan & Partners in association with Eversheds Sutherland, Fahad was a senior associate with Vinson & Elkins LLP and had started his career with the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency in 2003.
