Stephanie is a Counsel in the Employment and Labour Law practice group in our Munich office.
As Certified Specialist for Employment Law, she advises national and international clients on all questions of individual and collective labour law.

Based on her many years of experience in labour law, Stephanie provides support in the context of extensive restructuring and reorganisation processes, including negotiations with the works council, and in the context of transfers of undertakings. She accompanies and monitors the elections of employee representatives to the supervisory boards of co-determined companies. She also handles difficult dismissal disputes.

Furthermore, she has special expertise in the area of company integration management and advises companies on the introduction and design of company integration management as well as in negotiations with the works council. In this area in particular, she regularly conducts in-house training courses and also acts as a lecturer for "Beck Seminare."

She also has in-depth experience in the areas of AVR (guidelines for employment contracts), MAVO (framework regulations for employee representation) and church labour law.

Stephanie's recent experience includes advising:

  • Advising a group of companies in the milk industry regarding labour and employment law
  • Negotiating a reconciliation of interests and a social plan in the context of a mass dismissal, conducting the subsequent dismissal proceedings at a company in the metal industry
  • Advising a software consulting company in the context of supervisory board elections under the German One-Third Employee Participation Act (DrittelbG)
  • Accompaniment of a restructuring process of a company in the travel industry
  • Advising a clerical employer regarding the sale of a senior people’s home
  • Advising a telecommunication company in the context of supervisory board elections under the German Co-Determination Act (MitbestG)

Stephanie is recommended for Labor and Employment Law by The Legal 500 Germany 2023.
Stephanie studied law at the University of Augsburg. During the elective stage of her legal traineeship, she worked for a law firm in Australia. Stephanie has been working as a lawyer since 2007, initially for two interdisciplinary law firms and then for a Munich law firm specializing in labour and employment law and insurance law.
