Rupert is a Partner within the IP Group at Eversheds Sutherland.

Based in the UK, he advises in relation to the full range of intellectual property (IP) matters, including in relation to patents, trademarks, copyright, design right, passing off, internet and domain names.

With over two decades of experience, Rupert has successfully led high-profile litigations for a variety of household-name companies, achieving a 100% success rate in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
