Beatrice is a Partner based in Milan and is Head of the Commercial department in our Milan office.
Her practice focuses on commercial law and litigation, advising multinational clients (including various Fortune 50’s listed companies active in the Food, Life Science, Retail, Fashion and IT sectors) on both contentious and noncontentious issues, in their ordinary and extraordinary business dealings. She regularly advises on cross-border transactions and has a specialization in product liability, consumer law, advertising, IP, antitrust and unfair competition matters.
Beatrice has developed a significant specialism in the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements for the deployment of the different distribution channels of international retailers in Italy, including franchise and the set-up of customer care services. She advises and defends clients active in the food sector in relation to labelling, IP, product liability issues and consumers claims.
Beatrice has gained significant experience with multinational clients, participating in groups of multijurisdictional lawyers in the role of project manager for Italy. In 2000, she worked as a foreign associate in a primary London firm and in 2001 at Cravath Swaine & Moore in Manhattan, New York.
