Jan helps clients plan, negotiate and execute complex commercial contracts, primiraly relating to energy and plant and construction projects, and navigate reconstruction and insolvency issues.

Jan heads the Swedish Construction & Engineering and Reconstruction and Insolvency Groups.  He engages primiraly in commercial contracts, with a main focus on plant and construction and international projects.  Jan's also has a wide range of experience and is highly accomplished in reconstruction and insolvency-related matters. 

Jan’s main focus is advice on national and multi-jurisdictional commercial contracts (including EPCI and turnkey projects), primiraly within the energy, plant, construction & engineering sectors, and he is higly proficient with most national and internationally used standard terms. In addition, Jan frequently advices on reconstruction and insolvency-related issues, including related corporate issues . Jan also advises on all types of business-to-business agreements, such as commercial agency, distribution, cooperation and R&D, purchase and supply, consultancy and services.
