A partner within our litigation and dispute management group, Louise has over 22 years of experience advising clients defending fatal and injury claims. She is regularly instructed in complex high-value claims, including brain injury, spinal injury and amputation.
Incidents giving rise to such claims often attract media attention, the interest of regulators and the eyes of the workforce. A large part of Louise's role is to help businesses manage and navigate these challenges. She is frequently instructed in high-profile cases and provides strategic advice on reputational issues, brand protection and risk management. Louise regularly provides legal training to client teams.
Her cases are often cross-border and involve a foreign law element.
