Suzanne is a Legal Director in our Human Resources group.

She is an employment lawyer, advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.

Suzanne has been a dedicated employment lawyer since 2011, having previously qualified as a pensions lawyer. Employers rely on her to provide leadership on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment issues. However, Suzanne has particular experience in leading complex discrimination litigation.

She is passionate about diversity and inclusion (D&I) and is able to use this personal passion to support employers in their D&I strategy, how to overcome the barriers they face in achieving a diverse and inclusive workforce, and how to deal with challenge as it arises. This translates into policy reviews, audits on pay practices, gender and ethnicity pay reporting advice, complex grievance advice, and proactive support for client HR strategy.

Suzanne regularly provides employment and pensions advice on international projects, and her experience includes advising on a number of projects involving the establishment of global business services models involving transfers of staff across multiple international jurisdictions.

She also supports clients regarding gender pay and equal pay, including assisting clients in the calculation of their gender pay gap, drafting the required gender pay statements and supporting with equal pay audits to assess whether clients have a significant risk of successful equal pay litigation.

Suzanne is a Legal 500 “rising star” and has achieved individual mention in Chambers and Partners which include the following testimonials:
