Chloe is a Principal Associate PSL supporting our Commercial product group through knowledge management, thought leadership and training.
Based in the London office, she has experience in intellectual property (IP) and media. Prior to this she worked on our IP and media team since qualification in 2010. Her focus is on three of the streams within Commercial (intellectual property and media, IT, and strategic contracts). Her role includes reviewing developments in the law in order to provide updates and training to allow fee earners to keep their technical knowledge up to date. Chloe leverages her IP experience to improve and broaden our IP resources and support the IP team. Her work includes reviewing, improving, and expanding the precedent bank and is drafting IP-specific documents to ensure a consistent client experience across different fee earners and offices. She also produces general materials for client knowledge and thought leadership purposes.
Chloe is part of our wider CCPG PSL team and through this works on practice group and firmwide projects. One such example is a firmwide initiative to improve the knowledge system, delivering transformative change in terms of behaviors toward knowledge sharing among legal advisers.
In undertaking each of the above aspects of her role, Chloe gives legal advisers the tools to be technically excellent, profitable and facilitate client service excellence.
As a fee earner, Chloe undertook four client secondments, including to a global drinks manufacturer, major UK retailer and leading insurer. She also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Oxford.
In her spare time Chloe enjoys art and exploring the countryside. She is a trustee for a charity that provides early years parenting support.
Chloe provides training to internal audiences and works on internal materials that can be adapted for external audiences.
Chloe is an active member of the Eversheds Sutherland Gender network, being both a local representative in the London office and a flexible working champion.
