Nadia is a Principal Associate specializing in employment law.
She advises on day-to-day and strategic international and UK employment law matters and leads multijurisdictional projects for global clients requiring extensive international experience.
Nadia advises clients on the territorial application of local employment laws and how to manage the risk on employee engagement and termination.
She is keen on facilitating clients' access to international advice and has developed an innovative global employment law helpline product. Nadia frequently leads live international webinar training sessions and is active in developing and building international marketing tools, including the firm’s international HR App, the first of its kind on the legal market.
Nadia has recently completed a 12-month secondment to a FTSE 250 client as the sole International Employment Counsel for the group, with responsibility for over 26,000 employees across 35 countries.
Her international experience includes:
- advising on significant corporate transactions, including a reverse takeover by a FTSE 250 Group spanning 35 jurisdictions and a corporate tax restructure across 18 jurisdictions
- advised a global organization on a review of their Sales Commission Scheme and ability to claw back payments spanning 33 jurisdictions
