Sara C. Ellis

Professional Support Lawyer

Sara Ellis is a Commercial Professional Support Lawyer (PSL), delivering knowledge management, thought leadership and training.

She has been a PSL since 2008. Before that she was a transactional lawyer for a number of years and acted for both private and public sector clients on a wide range of commercial and information technology contracts.

Her role involves ensuring that our commercial lawyers are fully equipped with the necessary tools and skills to deliver excellent client service. Sara's responsibilities include drafting and maintaining precedents, writing internal and client briefings and bulletins on legal developments, creating and delivering training programs, and using legal technology to provide innovative solutions to maximize efficiencies.

Sara writes our monthly UK commercial update, Commercially Connected. She regularly presents on commercial law topics.
