Nicola Evans is an experienced Corporate Partner who specialises in particular in assisting clients with large, complex international reorganization projects, giving commercial, business-focused advice.
Nicola is a Partner in our Corporate group and is based in London.
While her primary focus is on international corporate reorganizations, Nicola’s experience covers a broad range of other corporate transactions including M&A, equity capital markets, joint ventures and private equity, as well as providing advice to clients on more general day-to-day corporate matters.
Over her career, Nicola has gained in-house experience through secondments to both Citi and Legal & General, and this helped her to understand her clients' need for the delivery of commercial, business-focused advice.
Nicola's experience includes advising on and project managing numerous international transactions and
reorganization projects. Her recent experience includes advising: G4S plc on the reorganization of its global cash business; a US NASDAQ-listed company on its global expansion of business project; a large, listed industrials business on a number of reorganization and M&A projects; a UK FTSE 100 company on an internal reorganisation project; FTSE 100 client SEGRO plc on a number of joint venture and other projects, acquisitions and disposals; and LetterOne on both the acquisition and subsequent disposal to Goldman Sachs-backed iQ Student Accommodation of their portfolio of student accommodation.
She speaks French and basic German.

Together with Partners Robin Johnson and Christian Mense, Nicola co-authored a series of articles on the topic of Reoganizations which were published in The In-House Lawyer magazine (2019-2020)
