Yannick has a predominantly commercial and corporate advisory practice with a strong litigation background from his initial 10-year practice in an independent barristers’ chambers.
Yannick acts as legal counsel to entities operating in the property development, insurance and financial services/global business industry in relation to their commercial, corporate and regulatory matters. He has experience in advising on trusts, cross-border transactions and restructuring, financial services licensing regulations, employment and on private pension schemes.
Yannick is a ranked lawyer in Chambers & Partners Global and in Legal 500.
