Jen is a Principal Associate in our Human Resources practice group, specializing in non-contentious pension law.
She acts for both employer and trustee clients. Her practice ranges from assisting employers with their auto-enrollment duties, establishing complex funding structures (including asset-backed funding arrangements), to guiding trustees through the maze of increasing pension legislation and governance requirements.
Jen’s experience includes:
- advising the provider of a large master trust on its new statutory obligations
- acting for the trustee of an occupational pension scheme in relation to a difficult actuarial valuation
- negotiating a corporate deal involving the potential for complex and significant defined benefit liabilities
