As well as handling property-related disputes, Damian also has a strong reputation for his experience in advising on risk management/policy and in handling complaints and claims of discrimination under the Equality Act 2010, acting for service providers and public bodies. That experience includes advising in connection with enforcement action from the Equality & Human Rights Commission.

- Advising two train operating companies and a Premier League Football Club in connection with complaints and claims under the Equality Act 2010, including enforcement action from the Equality & Human Rights Commission.
- Various development assembly projects involving the removal and relocation of telecoms apparatus – recently including the Axis Building in Birmingham for the Axis Square Development and the implementation of a strategy to removal all occupying operators.
- Acting for a range of national and global consumer sector clients on portfolio management issues and contentious property disputes.
- A lead Partner acting for a UK bank in one of the largest regulatory projects recently undertaken by any English law firm. The project related to the FCA's investigation into the mis-selling of derivative products to small and medium size corporate customers
