Mark heads our Pensions Insurance and Investment Practice and helps trustees, sponsors and is pragmatic and commercial in helping clients achieve their goals.
Mark heads the Pensions Insurance and Investment Practice as part of our Employer, Labor and Pensions Group. He works closely with trustees, sponsors, insurers and investment providers on all aspects of pensions insurance and investment. His work includes pensions risk transfer and bulk annuity transactions, advising on fund reviews, unit-linked policies, product development, investment management agreements, governance and long-term journey planning.
Mark also advises pension scheme trustees regarding the day-to-day running of pensions schemes, including rule amendments, member disputes and communications. He also advises both pension scheme trustees and employer sponsors regarding corporate transactions, scheme funding and scheme mergers and reorganizations.
Mark is also a key adviser in relation to matters involving the Railways Pension Scheme, having advised various parties in connection with the Scheme for over 14 years.
