Sarah is a pensions lawyer.
Sarah is a Legal Director in our employment, labour and pensions group. Sarah originally began her career as a pensions and employment lawyer on qualification in 2000. Since 2008, Sarah has dedicated her practise to pensions law.
Whether you are a trustee or a finance director, Sarah can advise you on the full spectrum of pension law matters. For defined benefit schemes, Sarah advises on regulatory compliance, funding negotiations, transactions, and risk settlement solutions. Much of Sarah's work in relation to defined contribution arrangements involves advising clients on transfers to master trust arrangements and regulatory compliance.
Sarah works for clients across a number of sectors with particularly strong experience in the energy sector.
In her spare time, she enjoys being a mother, travel, fell walking and running. She is also passionate about diversity and inclusion.
Sarah's recent experience includes:

She is an experienced public speaker. Sarah conducts training on the firm's public courses and is a regular speaker at external courses for the APL and PLSA.
