Wesley is a Partner in our International Arbitration department.

Wesley specializes in international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration and public international law matters.

His experience includes dozens of cases where he advised and represented governments, state entities and private multinational companies in proceedings before numerous institutional and ad hoc arbitral tribunals (including under ICC, SIAC, PCA, LCIA, DIFC and UNCITRAL Rules). He also has significant experience in proceedings before the Iran-US Claims Tribunal.

Wesley's regional focus is on Africa and the Middle East and has also developed non-contentious experience on Iranian matters these recent years. He has been advising numerous large multinational companies in relation to sanctions, investment protection and doing business in Iran generally.

Wesley lectures on OHADA arbitration and disputes in Africa at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
