Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and has considerable experience representing clients across the full of employment law, often representing multi-national businesses and FTSE 100 companies and working on complex and high-value litigious disputes.
Caroline also has experience in writing and delivering training sessions, including on a bespoke basis for clients.
Caroline's experience includes:
- defending misclassification/status claims
- a £1.9m whistleblowing claim
- a variety of other claims, including unfair dismissal, disability discrimination and pregnancy-related discrimination
- advising on complex business transformation (TUPE, changes to terms and conditions, and redundancy) projects
- advice on gender pay gap statements, GDPR audits and privacy statements
- advising on senior executive exits, employment investigations and a number of multi-national employment strategy projects
Caroline regularly writes for a number of publications, including EU & International Employment Law and the Thompson Reuters Practical Law Magazine, together with regular thought leadership articles.
