Arndt is a Counsel in the Munich office and specializes in competition and distribution law.
Further activities include commercial contracts, litigation and energy law. Arndt conceives, reviews and negotiates — mostly cross-border — distribution, supply and cooperation agreements, advises and acts for businesses in German and EU merger control, as well as multijurisdictional filings and asserts the interests of his clients in controversies.
These clients include domestic and foreign manufacturing businesses, in particular manufacturers of branded products and service providers. He focuses, in terms of industries, on the food and automotive supply sectors, and also businesses in the healthcare and chemical industries.
