Alvin is a Senior Associate in our corporate team and is based in Hong Kong.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions and corporate reorganisations. He also has extensive experience in advising Hong Kong listed companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
He is admitted to practice as a solicitor in Hong Kong. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong.
