Thomas is a Counsel in our Commercial & Competition practice based in Paris.

Thomas specializes in competition law and general commercial and regulatory matters.

Thomas advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of EU and French competition law, including anti-competitive practices. Thomas is also regularly involved with merger control notifications, before both the local competition authority and the EU Commission.

Thomas’ practice also covers general commercial matters, and he has experience in drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, such as distribution agreements, agency agreements, general terms and conditions, franchise agreements and service agreements.

Having grown up in London and studied Law in the United Kingdom and in France, Thomas is bilingual in English and French. 

Thomas has undertaken several internships with Eversheds Sutherland, including his formal qualification training. Prior to joining Eversheds, Thomas worked for the French Competition Authority, the legal department of an international electronics manufacturer, and other English and French law firms.
