Audrey is a Counsel in our Employment law practice group based in the Paris office.
Before the employment courts (first instance courts and appeal courts), Audrey pleads on behalf of French and international companies, or groups, in matters involving individual and collective labour relationships, termination of employment contracts, in particular in the context of collective redundancies following reorganisations, but also in disputes over working hours, variable remuneration, stock-options, moral or sexual harassment or discrimination situations.
She also pleads before various courts (tribunal judiciaire, administrative and appeal courts) in matters relating to claims against elections of staff representatives, dismissal of protected employees, as well as occupational accidents, illnesses, gross negligence.
Audrey speaks French, English, and Spanish.
Qualified as a lawyer in France since October 2013.
