Mike is a strategic contracts lawyer who has advised Industrials and Transport sector clients on some of the world's most complex commercial projects.

He has acted for clients in more than 25 countries across Europe, the US, Middle East, Africa and Asia, has in-house experience and previously worked in the Middle East.

As a Principal Associate within Eversheds Sutherland's Strategic Contracts practice, Mike helps clients develop a range of contracting solutions, which are central to their strategic objectives and future success. He advises and negotiates on high-risk, high-profile commercial transactions where major companies or public bodies are in business-critical negotiations and where success or failure can impact share price, viability of their business or broader strategic delivery. These solutions include preparing sophisticated partnership or concession arrangements, through to adaptable supply chains that provide resilience in markets which have seen unprecedented disruption in recent years.
