Simon is the Head of the Employment team in Cambridge.

He is a Partner in our Employment, Labor and Pensions practice and has over 25 years of experience in employment law. 

Simon has significant experience in restructuring, executive severances and Employment Tribunal litigation. He is also an experienced Employment Tribunal Advocate, appearing in complex cases, including multiple claimant discrimination claims, holiday pay and whistleblowing claims.

    

- re-designing contracts of employment for financial services, technology, utility and aerospace clients to align to culture, values and a re-imagined hybrid employment relationship 
– being appointed by a FTSE 100 financial services institution to complete a whistleblowing
investigation into serious allegations of bullying and harassment made against a senior member of
staff who holds a regulated role
– advising education and transport sector clients on statutory trade union recognition applications
– advising unionised aerospace client on review and implementation of new terms and conditions of
employment, including collective bargaining, balloted industrial action and collective consultation on dismissal and re-engagement
