Jessica is an Associate in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations product group within the Litigation and Dispute Management practice group.
She handles a broad range of matters for financial institutions in the secured and unsecured lending market.
Jessica also has experience in dealing with complex recovery litigation for secured and unsecured debts, involving a wide variety of issues including fraud, undue influence, third-party interests, land registry indemnity claims, and restitution claims.
She is a member of the firm's Data Privacy and Cyber Security and Investigations team.
Her experience includes:
- supervising a team dealing with litigation arising from payment protection insurance policies
- dealing with litigation brought by IVA supervisors arising from payment protection insurance policies
- dealing with litigation arising from the sale of loan agreements
- acting for financial institutions in data privacy, mortgage mis-selling and Consumer Credit Act litigation
