one of Europe’s largest utilities on the implementation of the hedging and power purchase arrangements in respect of a large portfolio of UK renewable generation assets, totalling approximately 69 projects and 1.2GW of aggregate capacity
a large "gentailer" in NZ and Australia as part of its demerger into two listed entities in NZ and Australia, including power purchase arrangements in respect of a number of its renewable assets
a consortium of energy developers in relation to the Egyptian solar Feed in Tariff program. This involved travelling to Egypt and negotiating the developers' power purchase agreement and other project agreements issued by the Egyptian Government. This was a great, eye-opening experience as a junior lawyer

on a major pre-transactional legal due diligence of several operating wind farms (with total installed capacity exceeding 180 MW), including analysis of major administrative permits and project contracts (PPAs, CPAs, O&M agreements, grid connection agreements, energy distribution agreements, etc.) as well as complex and in-depth analysis of financing contracts and collaterals
a joint venture of two Lithuanian investors on the acquisition of a portfolio of solar projects (with a total installed capacity of 42 MW). Conducted in-depth legal due diligence of the portfolio, and drafted and negotiated the transaction documentation with the seller
a privately held international solar energy company on the due diligence and acquisition of a 57 MW portfolio from a leading PV developer in Poland
a lender in the first ever financing transaction for a portfolio of PV projects in Poland (advice included the due diligence process and full transactional support)

a leading Italian bank on the refinancing of a PV portfolio
an Italian banking group on the refinancing of a PV portfolio owned by an Italian infrastructure fund
an Italian banking group on the financing, on a project finance basis, for the construction of a hydroelectric plant
