Eversheds Sutherland have advised G4S on the restructuring of its global Cash Handling Business across 28 countries and the disposal of that business to Brink’s; completing the divestment from its global Cash Handling Business solutions operations.
Eversheds Sutherland have provided one integrated solution to support the G4S Group across all 28 countries in respect of all legal and regulatory issues related to a pre-sale corporate reorganisation followed by the sale of its cash business to Brink’s.
