Eversheds Sutherland supports SPX FLOW on the sale of its Power and Energy segment

Eversheds Sutherland has supported SPX FLOW on the sale of its Power and Energy segment to funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc for approximately $400 million.
SPX FLOW are based in Charlotte, North Carolina and are a leading provider of premier process solutions in the food, beverage and industrial markets.
The sale allows SPX FLOW to strengthen its financial position and provides it with ample liquidity at a very opportune time.
The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by Corporate Partner Richard Kyle with support provided from the wider Corporate team in the UK, Ireland, France and Luxembourg including lead Associate and project manager Jack Gladman, Partners Eric Knai, Gavin O’Flaherty and Holger Holle, Principal Associate Fabrice Martinez-Tournalia, Senior Associates Maria O’Brien and Yasmin Ekrami and Trainee Solicitor Charlotte Durante.
