Eversheds Sutherland have advised the management team shareholders on the sale of a significant minority stake in Waterlogic, a UK-based designer, manufacturer, distributor and service provider of purified water dispensers, to four strong institutional investors – British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, Neuberger Berman, StepStone, and Skandia.

The investment will provide further access to capital to support the growth of Waterlogic and strengthens their position as a global leader in the workplace hydration solutions market.

Jeremy Ben-David, Founder and Group CEO of Waterlogic, said: "We are very excited by the many opportunities for accelerated development and growth this deal affords us, both organically and through acquisition. We look forward to building on our capabilities and customer base in both established and new geographic markets in pursuit of our mission to offer healthy drinking water solutions and contribute to the reduction of plastic pollution."

The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by James Trevis (Corporate Partner and Head of Private Equity) supported by Chris Archer (Corporate Principal Associate), Danny Blum (Employee Incentives Partner) and Ben Jones (Tax Partner).

James commented: ”We have a long history as a firm working with the Waterlogic business and we are delighted to have supported them as they enter the next stage of their journey.”
