Middle East: Abu Dhabi: ADWEC releases 350MW solar PV park project RFQ documents

Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Company, ADWEC, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority (ADWEA) has released, to a select circle of Solar Energy development companies, the highly anticipated RFQ document (Request for Qualification) for the upcoming 350MW solar PV park to be set up in the township of Sweihan, Abu Dhabi.
As per the IPP plan, ADWEC is to own 60 per cent of the project with the developer (which has yet to be selected) holding the remaining stake.
