Eversheds advised Clear Channel on the Tramway project for Le Havre local authorities (‘Communauté d’Agglomération Havraise (CODAH)’)

      The Project team of the Paris office of Eversheds international law firm, led by Boris Martor, advised Clear Channel on the bidding process and contract award relating to the CODAH tram network.

      This 8 years contract, covers the supply of 46 Tram, 2 bus shelters, 10 secure bicycle parking as well as maintenance, advertising management and maintenance of furniture. Already present in Le Havre for the advertising management, Clear Channel group strengthens its presence in street furniture with this additional contract.

      Boris Martor, Partner and Valérie de Sigoyer, Senior Associate, of the PPP-Projects team, assisted Clear Channel on this bidding process.
