Logiciel : condamnation à trois millions d’euros pour contrefaçon

Le 23 septembre 2021, le tribunal judiciaire de Marseille a condamné l’éditeur ACSEP, son fondateur et des salariés pour contrefaçon de logiciel. La sanction s’élève à plus de trois millions d’euros et est assortie d’une astreinte sur la cessation de toute reproduction et utilisation du logiciel.
