English High Court introduces Financial List

On 1 October 2015, the High Court of England and Wales introduced the new Financial List which provides a specialist forum in London to deal with disputes relating to financial markets and instruments. The List is intended to bridge the expertise of the judges sitting in the Chancery Division and the Commercial Court.
