Welcome to the new edition of our Guide to the Pension Schemes Act 2021.
The guide looks at the key changes introduced by the Act and the new obligations on trustees and sponsors. In each section, we look at what the new legislation requires and then set out some practical steps that trustees and sponsors should consider.
The guide has been updated to reflect recent developments, including regulatory guidance and regulations made under the Act. As well as updating this guide, we have also made it more user-friendly. It is divided into seven self-contained sections (below), so you can either download the full guide or focus on just the elements you’re most interested in, and feel free to share them with colleagues.
We hope you find these materials useful.
