Between 28 February and 3 March 2022 we held the inaugural Global Tech Week which focussed on the opportunities posed by digitalization and the potential legal implications and challenges.
Chaired by Emma Gordon, our international head of TMT investigations, this panel session, which took place on Wednesday 2 March, discussed what the hotspots and trends will be for investigations and criminal law enforcement actions in 2022 across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Hong Kong. Emma was joined by Eversheds Sutherland partners Sarah Paul (US), David Rieks (Germany), Mark Hughes (Hong Kong), Rebecca Copley (Middle East) and Andrea Gordon (US).
