14-02-2020
The start to the Year of the Rat has presented serious and unexpected challenges, not least that many of us must consider and address the implications and consequences of the spread of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19).
It is perhaps all the more appropriate therefore that the characteristics associated with the rat in the Chinese Zodiac are a positive attitude, smart mind and industrious nature, just the character traits we need not only to confront the immediate challenges but to look to the year ahead for the opportunities it may bring.
With this in mind, in this bulletin, we highlight recent dispute resolution and regulatory developments and discuss how they may impact businesses during the Year of the Rat.
