Novinky v oblasti datových schránek

Od 6. 2. 2022 bylo nastaveno automatické povolení příjmu poštovních datových zpráv u všech datových schránek právnických osob, fyzických osob a podnikajících fyzických osob. Nicméně fyzické osoby nepodnikající budou mít i nadále možnost si dodávání těchto zpráv znemožnit.

Rovněž byl zaveden institut tzv. fikce doručení i pro soukromoprávní komunikaci prostřednictvím datové schránky a dokument je nově považován za doručený desátým dnem ode dne, kdy byl dokument dodán do datové schránky (aniž by se kdokoliv do datové schránky přihlásil).
