Fraude au chômage partiel : « Entre l'erreur et les faux, la réponse sera graduée »

Alors que 12 millions de salariés ont bénéficié du chômage partiel mi-mai, selon la Dares, le gouvernement a annoncé un renforcement du contrôle des demandes pour détecter les fraudes intentionnelles, passibles de sanctions pénales et administratives. Déborah Attali, associée responsable du département Droit social et Vincent Roulet, Counsel, font le point sur ses contrôles et sur les bonnes démarches à suivre.
