Theoretically, investors can feel more comfortable than before with the new Construction Law because of the amended procedure for the issuing and contesting of construction permits. Yet it is impossible to predict whether or not it will also work in practice because interpretation of the new norms by municipalities and courts is not clear until present.
If the new construction regulation is only viewed from the aspect of the Law enacted on 1 October and the subordinated regulations, it is certainly much more investor-friendly, compared to the previous one. It is true at least from the aspect of the scale of potential loss.
