Three years have now passed since David Cameron’s announcement that "the time has come for Brits to have their say", and the promise given to the people of the United Kingdom has been kept: on 23 June 2016, when Latvia will celebrate Līgo day, the voters in the United Kingdom will decide in a referendum on whether UK should stay in or leave the EU.
David Cameron himself is for staying, and, taking into account that the United Kingdom has achieved almost full EU acceptance of the proposals for the United Kingdom’s continued EU membership, it would seem that everything looks clear: the British voters should decide in the referendum for the country to stay in the EU.
