Procurement Monitoring Bureau shall be given powers to draw up records of an administrative offence and to impose penalties for violations in procurement process.
This is provided by a number of laws considered yesterday by the Cabinet committee. It has been offered as from 1 April next year to supplement the functions of the Procurement Monitoring Bureau (PMB) with the powers to draw up records of an administrative offence and to impose penalties for administrative offences in procurement process.
