Sustainable construction is a construction concept that should be encouraged, but the question is whether it should be supported by including relevant requirements in normative regulation. At the moment current legislation does not provide for any criteria for separation of ordinary construction meeting the minimum requirements from sustainable construction meeting the highest standards.
