Access to the premises: only vaccinated employees?

Leaseplan announced last week that it will only allow employees to enter its premises if they have been vaccinated. This is not the same as a vaccination requirement, because employers cannot mandate employees to get vaccinated.

What options does an employer have from a legal point of view?
